Thank you for shopping with Next Gears Hub. We aim to deliver your order safely and on time so you can enjoy your purchase with confidence. This Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and related guidelines.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners such as Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, and Sundarban Courier Service.


2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • 📦 Inside Dhaka City:
    Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • 🚚 Outside Dhaka City:
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

Note: Delivery time may vary during weekends, public holidays, natural disasters, or high-demand periods.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60/Kg (flat rate)

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130/Kg (flat rate)

  • Free Delivery may apply during special offers or promotions.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders confirmed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment will be dispatched after internal verification.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS or email, and

  • A link to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

You can also track your order status anytime from your Next Gears Hub account dashboard.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure the correct delivery address and phone number are provided.

  • The courier may contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.


7. Prepaid Orders

If you pay online through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Debit/Credit Card, your order will be processed immediately after payment verification.


8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address,

  • Unreachable phone number, or

  • Customer unavailability,

Our support team will contact you to reschedule delivery. If unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.


9. Product Inspection

Before accepting delivery:

  • Please check the product packaging for any visible damage.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, refuse to accept and contact our support team immediately.

Once received and accepted, Next Gears Hub will not be responsible for any visible damage or missing items reported later.


10. Delays or Exceptions

We always strive to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistic issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or strikes

In such cases, we will keep you informed about the updated delivery status.
