• The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers, unless defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

• Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Next Gears Hub.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer as provided by you.

5. Return Shipping

• For eligible returns (not defective), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
